Circular 14 - 2023 Exemption from minimum prices for lobster
Due to a difficult sales situation for lobster, Surofi has decided to exempt the current minimum prices by NOK 25.
In circular letter 14 - 2023, Surofi exempts from the current minimum prices:
The new minimum prices for lobster will then be:
Live lobsters from 25cm and up to 1.2kg per piece. NOK 270,- per/kg
Live lobster from 1.2kg to 2kg per item NOK 205 per kg
Live lobster over 2kg per item NOK 155 per kg
Lobsters that are missing claws do not have a reserve price.
The minimum size for lobster is 25 cm.
